• Good mechanical performance under high temperature
• Befitting compressibility
• Resistance to water, saline solution, oil and brake fluid
• Other material test

FRICTION TEST:

Ensure high friction level

• Constant Speed friction test Machine
• Link Chase friction test Machine

INERTIA EXPERIMENTAL BENCH:

Simulate different transfer condition:

(for example: highway, country road, High speed, low speed, max speed, downhill and else)

• Test the Stability of friction material

  (Stable Friction level under each road condition)

   

• Wear performance test

  (Slight Wear, long service life, and rotors protection)

• Noise performance test

  (No Braking Noise is acceptable)

VEHICLE TEST:

Long period and different condition road driving to check the practicality of brake pad.
